I’ve been going to Odalys for years, and I truly can’t say enough good things about her. She is always incredibly kind, welcoming, and in such good spirits—it makes every visit feel comfortable and enjoyable. What I appreciate most is that she’s never pushy; she genuinely listens and wants to help you find what’s right for you, not just make a sale. Her professionalism really stands out, and you can tell she takes pride in what she does. Whether it’s a big purchase or something small, she treats every experience with the same level of care and attention. I wouldn’t trust anyone else as my jeweler!

Excellent experience purchasing my Tudor Black Bay Pro at Underwood’s in Ponte Vedra. Odalys Soto provided truly exceptional customer service—she was knowledgeable, professional, and went above and beyond to make the process smooth and enjoyable. Compared to other authorized dealers in Jacksonville, the experience at Underwood’s was noticeably better. They truly value their clients and make you feel appreciated. I highly recommend working with Odalys if you’re looking for a great watch-buying experience.
